Most of your assignments will be submitted using e-mail; the required Subject box entries are explained below. Please take the time to read and understand them before you try to submit your work.
SAMPLE INBOX ENTRIES for EMAIL
ITNW1321090JONES Question:
Mr./Ms. Jones has a question about the class or assignment etc.
ITNW1325SMITH CP's 9:
Mr./Ms. Smith is submitting the Case Projects for chapter 9 (this assumes that no link was available for this assignment).
ITSC1305004MARTINEZ HOP's 8:
Mr./Ms. Martinez is submitting the Hands On Projects for chapter 8.
ITSC13090JOHNSON PROBLEM WITH QUIZ 4
: Mr./Ms. Johnson is reporting a problem with Quiz 4.
ITSC1325HERNANDEZ RQ's 6:
Mr./Ms. Fernandez is submitting the Review Questions for chapter 6 (this assumes that no link was available for this assignment).
The "Subject" entry is used to filter your e-mail so that it is directed to the correct class e-mail box. I check the class e-mail boxes Monday through Friday no less than once a day. E-mail without the correct "Subject" entry does not go to the class e-mail. I do not necessarily check the general in-box daily and then I may check for specific items I am looking for.
If you send me e-mail with an incorrect "Subject" entry you may not get a response for several days.
If you have question or have found a problem please be sure to put that information in the "Subject" (example: Question Activities or Link not working for RQ 3.) This will allow me to make an educated guess about which e-mail to deal with first. Thanks
